Withdrawal
- If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, at least one calendar month notice in writing is required. In case of failure to do so, one month fee will be charged. If the child is withdrawn after the beginning of the academic session, one clear calendar month’s extra fees will be charged.
- If a child has to be withdrawn from transport facility, intimation for discontinuation of service should be given with one month of notice period. In case of failure, to do so, one month transport fee will be charged.
- Caution money (Refundable), will be refunded at the time of withdrawal of the child from the school on application on the prescribed form, provided all school dues have been paid in full or settled satisfactorily. Refund will have to be claimed within a year of the date of withdrawal of the child from the school.
- Students who leave the school in May must pay the fees for June.
- Transfer Certificates are not issued until all the dues of the school are settled (i.e Accounts , Class Teacher, Library & Sports I/C)
- Any refundable one-time charges will be refunded upon withdrawal of the child from the school, provided that all dues are settled in full. The refund request for one-time charges must be made within one year of the child’s withdrawal and requires presentation of the One-Time Charges (Refundable) and Deposit Receipt along with an application on the prescribed form.

Admission Cancellation
The following reasons can lead to the cancellation of admission
- Absenteeism without prior permission or non – intimation to school authorities beyond one month.
- Incomplete payment of fees at the time of admission or quarterly fees.
- Non – submission of necessary documents or submission of fake documents.
- Violation of provisions outlined under Behaviour Management Policy of school.
