Extending Children’s Day Celebration: Spreading Joy at Miracle Charitable Society

At DPS Surajkund, Children’s Day isn’t just celebrated within our school walls—it’s a day for reaching out and making a difference. This year, our celebration extended to Miracle Charitable Society where our coaches and teachers spent an unforgettable day with the children, sharing joy, laughter, and the true spirit of Children’s Day.

Our team arrived at Miracle Charitable Society with a simple goal: to bring smiles and create cherished memories. The day was filled with lively singing, spirited dancing, and exciting sports activities that connected our hearts with the children there.

Through every song, dance, and game, our team was inspired by the children’s resilience and zest for life.

DPS Surajkund is committed to nurturing a culture of compassion and kindness, and this celebration was a beautiful reminder that joy multiplies when shared. The smiles and laughter that lit up Miracle Charitable Society children are a testament to the power of community and the simple acts that bring us closer together.

DPS Greater Faridabad

The adage "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy" reflects our belief in the essential balance between academics and sports to unlock a child's full potential. This equilibrium not only fosters gross motor skills but also cultivates valuable personal attributes like teamwork, leadership, dedication, discipline, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

Sports, we believe, imparts crucial life lessons that academics alone cannot provide. Our Physical Education program is meticulously designed to support a child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. It encourages an appreciation for movement and the body's creative expression, fostering a positive attitude towards an active and healthy lifestyle. In the Foundation years, students engage in the Fundamental Skills Program, which teaches balancing, running, jumping, catching, and throwing while promoting hand-eye coordination through enjoyable team-building games.
