DPS Surajkund Shines at the 9th Roller Skating Championship

DPS Surajkund, participating for the first time, proudly marked its presence at the 9th Roller Skating Championship, held on December 14, 2025, showcasing the talent, discipline, and sportsmanship of its young athletes. The championship provided a competitive platform for our budding skaters to demonstrate their skills, speed, and endurance.

A total of 12 enthusiastic students from DPS Surajkund participated across various age categories. With remarkable determination and consistent practice, the team delivered an impressive performance, securing six medals in total — 2 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze. Each participant displayed exceptional balance, agility, and confidence, reflecting the school’s strong emphasis on holistic development and sports excellence from young age.

The achievement is a testament to the hard work of the Dipsites, the dedicated guidance of the coach, and the unwavering support of parents. Such events not only encourage physical fitness but also instill values of perseverance, teamwork, and healthy competition among students.

DPS Surajkund congratulates all the young skaters for their outstanding performance and for bringing pride to the school. We look forward to many more such achievements as our students continue to roll ahead on the path of success.

In the Foundation years, students engage in the Fundamental Skills Program, which teaches balancing, running, jumping, catching, and throwing while promoting hand-eye coordination through enjoyable team-building games.
