As part of our commitment to Continuous Professional Development, a workshop on Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) was conducted on December 6, 2025 to strengthen effective teaching–learning practices. The session aimed to help teachers understand how mathematics can be taught in a meaningful, engaging, and child-centric manner.
The workshop highlighted the importance of experiential and context-based learning to make mathematics fun and relevant for students. Teachers explored real-life applications of mathematical concepts and gained insights into how children learn mathematics, enabling them to provide appropriate support in the classroom.
Teachers participated enthusiastically and left the session equipped with practical strategies to enhance mathematical understanding through engaging and realistic learning experiences.
