The first day of school for our little learners of Montessori to Grade 1 was filled with excitement, energy, and new beginnings. The school welcomed back returning students and warmly greeted new faces, setting the stage for a year of growth and discovery.
As the morning began, parents and children arrived at the school, buzzing with excitement. The atmosphere was filled with smiles and cheerful chatter. Teachers and staff members were stationed at the entrance, ready to welcome each child with open arms.
The children were greeted by colourful decorations and inviting learning spaces in the classrooms. Teachers introduced themselves and guided the students through the classroom routines.
To break the ice and foster friendships, interactive ice-breaking activities were organized. Children engaged in games, introductions, and collaborative tasks. These activities helped them feel comfortable and encouraged social interaction.
The special highlight of the day was a special assembly presented by the teachers.
