DPS Surajkund turned into a world of pure imagination on 15th November 2025 as the school hosted Whistle & Wow 3.0—Ellie’s Enchanted Wonderland, an evening that truly lived up to its name. The campus was buzzing with excitement, laughter, and that special spark of curiosity that only children can bring. Families walked in with smiles, and by the end of the evening, they left with even bigger ones.

Three Worlds, One Grand Wonderland
This year’s event featured three captivating fantasy worlds, each thoughtfully designed to engage young minds. The Harry Potter Universe attracted children with its wand corners, spell stations, and young witches and wizards enthusiastically trying out charms. Moana’s World, bright and breezy, reflected the spirit of adventure and island energy that children instantly connected with. Down the Rabbit Hole Wonderland was colourful and quirky, offering delightful surprises that kept children giggling at every turn. Each zone had its own unique appeal and left students visibly amazed.

The DIY Corners & Experience Centres across the campus, stayed packed throughout the evening. Children mixed “potions,” created little monsters, solved clues, and dived into adventures that left them amazed. These corners encouraged them to think, imagine, and try things hands-on—something they enjoyed without even realising how much they were learning.

The major highlight of the evening was The Mega Ellie Wonder Show that was much-awaited. Children along with their parents couldn’t stop cheering as they watched around 15 fun science experiments that looked like magic that made everyone whisper, “How did that happen!?”

The entire evening felt like a celebration—not just of themes and activities, but of community. Parents walked hand in hand with their children, teachers guided them with warmth, and students explored with endless enthusiasm.

Whistle & Wow 3.0 truly captured the spirit of DPS Surajkund, where learning, imagination, and joy come together effortlessly. It was an evening that will be remembered fondly by everyone who was part of it.

The adage "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy" reflects our belief in the essential balance between academics and sports to unlock a child's full potential. This equilibrium not only fosters gross motor skills but also cultivates valuable personal attributes like teamwork, leadership, dedication, discipline, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

Sports, we believe, imparts crucial life lessons that academics alone cannot provide. Our Physical Education program is meticulously designed to support a child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. It encourages an appreciation for movement and the body's creative expression, fostering a positive attitude towards an active and healthy lifestyle. In the Foundation years, students engage in the Fundamental Skills Program, which teaches balancing, running, jumping, catching, and throwing while promoting hand-eye coordination through enjoyable team-building games.
