Celebrating the Unsung Heroes: Labour Day at DPS Surajkund
At DPS Surajkund, we deeply value the vital contributions of our dedicated bhaiyas and didis, who are the backbone of our school community. On Labour Day, we came together to honour these unsung heroes and express our gratitude for their tireless dedication and hard work.
In a culture that prioritizes respect and dignity, our bhaiyas and didis are more than just caretakers; they are cherished as elder siblings, addressed with respect as bhaiya and didi. Their presence and efforts create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone in our school.
To show our appreciation, students surprised them with small tokens of gratitude, including refreshing soft drinks, heartfelt thank-you cards, and wristbands as symbols of friendship and solidarity which they made themselves.
The celebrations included a special ceremony where certificates of appreciation and thoughtful gifts were presented to our bhaiyas and didis, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the DPS Surajkund family. Exceptional dedication and outstanding service were highlighted and honoured.
To further engage and uplift their spirits, a series of fun games were organised, which saw enthusiastic participation. Laughter filled the corridors as winners were felicitated, reminding us of the joy and camaraderie that comes from uniting as a community.
Labour Day at DPS Surajkund is more than just acknowledging the hard work of our staff; it’s a celebration of unity, respect, and appreciation for every individual who contributes to the vibrant tapestry of our school family. Together, we honour the ethos of dignity, respect, and gratitude that defines our institution.
