The Dipsites of Class II visited the Gurudwara – A Place of Worship as part of their learning about faith, community service, and cultural values. This visit was organized to help children understand the importance of a Gurudwara as a place that promotes equality, kindness, and service to all.
During their visit, they experienced key aspects of the Gurudwara such as the langar hall, Nishan Sahib, and participated in sewa. They witnessed how everyone is treated equally, regardless of background, and how sharing and helping others is a way of life.
The purpose of this visit was to help students build respect for different faiths, appreciate the value of selfless service, and understand the spirit of togetherness in a community setting.
After returning from the Gurudwara, the students completed an observation sheet reflecting on their experiences and learnings from the visit. It was a meaningful and enriching experience for all.
